Get ready for a wild ride, folks! Or maybe just a ride. I dunno. Anyway, let’s talk Borderlands 4. There’s this thing called State of Play happening, where a bunch of us from the Gearbox team are gonna spill all the chaotic beans on how you can wreak some serious havoc in Kairos and, you know, obliterate the Timekeeper or whatever. Sounds intense, right?
So yeah, tune into PlayStation’s Twitch and YouTube on April 30, at those random time zones — 2pm PT, 5pm ET, and so on. Not that I’m great with time zones. Or time, in general. Somehow, February feels like yesterday, when we dropped the Launch Date Trailer. Explosive action, scary bad guys, and loot — oh my! But hey, news flash: Borderlands 4 is gracing us (ha) even earlier now, on September 12, 2025.
Fast forward to this State of Play thingy. Me and Anthony Nicholson — he’s the Senior Project Producer, if you didn’t know — will hang with you for about 20 minutes. We’ll dive into all things gameplay: missions, weapons that’ll blow your mind, Action Skills that, well, no one knows what those are but they sound legit, plus a mix of new and old faces. Well, character faces, but you get it.
