Sure thing. Here goes:

Okay, so listen up – big news from Spike Chunsoft, right? They’re bringing this game, Shuten Order, only for digital on Nintendo Switch over in Europe and North America. Got it? Cool. Now, let’s dive into this mess of a game.
So, there’s this company, EXNOA – the DMM Games folks, yeah, they’ve linked up with Tookyo Games. Now, the twist is, Kazutaka Kodaka, the one behind the wild Danganronpa series, is leading this one. The game’s like, a buffet of genres, I swear. Stealth action, horror bits – even a visual novel thing. Sounds like a roller coaster, right?
And here we go – “168 remaining until the end of the world.” Or something doomy like that. Everything’s going haywire and some weird religious cult, Shuten Order, pops up. They’re all for human extinction. But, wait for it – the big cheese there, the Founder, gets offed. Yeah. Murder mystery time.
But here’s where it spins off – this dude or dudette, Rei Shimobe, our protagonist gets back to life. Sort of. Courtesy of something snazzy called “the Power of God.” But, uh-oh, amnesia strikes, and they’ve got, oh, how many days? Four freakin’ days to live. Tick tock, eh?
Two “angels” – at least they call themselves that – rock up and give Rei the lowdown. They’ve got to play detective and find the killer to make the resurrection stick. And in just, what, four days? Fast track much?
Mark the date – Shuten Order hits the Nintendo eShop globally for Switch on September 5, 2025.
Now we got some character lineup, ’cause apparently that’s a thing too.
Rei Shimobe, the resurrected dude (Mitsuki Saiga’s voice) – they’re the top banana now.
Next, there’s Kishiru Inugami (Daisuke Ono), the Justice Minister, but he’s random as heck, blurting stuff and whatnot. The “Ghost White Arbitrator” they call him. Whatever that means.
Then, Yugen Ushitora (Yuki Ono) who’s running health – a bit of a control freak, maybe. “Gatekeeper to the Afterlife” – not ominous at all. Also, he’s doting on his sis. Cute, I guess?
Teko Ion (Ayumu Murase), Mr. Science man. Zero charisma, massive IQ. Prodigy status, they say. Noted.
Honoka Kokushikan (Inori Minase) heads Education. “Conjurer of Words”? Sounds crafty. But she’s gunning for the throne, rumors whisper.
Manji Fushicho (Shizuka Ito) is the Security Minister, known for being a “heretic hunter.” Quite aggressive, they say. Wants peace, oddly enough.
And the “angels,” Himeru (Aoi Yuki) who’s super impatient and kind of angry with Shuten, and Mikotoru (Toshiyuki Morikawa), the calm analytical type but dodgy when the grilling gets tough.
So, that’s the rundown, folks. No clue if it’ll all stack up, but dang, does it sound like a ride!
