Sure thing. Here goes:

So, XR Games just dropped some big news today. Their rhythm game, BEATABLE, finally ditched early access on Quest. Honestly, the way they use a table as a VR gadget—no controllers needed—just a Quest 2. You’re literally smacking your desk to the beat. I can’t even.
Oh, and with this exit from early access, they added this huge update. Remember that five-song thing they did back in April? That was just a teaser.
I was looking at this pic of the game, and don’t ask me why, but it kind of reminds me of a time I tripped on my shoelace. Anyway, moving on—where was I? Right, the game now lets you play around with a custom song and map editor. You can totally make and share your own tracks. Kinda cool, if you think about it.
Also, they’ve got 24 songs now. Only 12 when it first came out, but now you can jam to tracks like this anime anthem by Kudo Haruka. There’s even a banger by Mikee Goodman, who was with SikTh. If you’re curious, you can find the playlist on Spotify.
Back in April, when I gave the early access a whirl, I did notice—it’s all about that precision. It was close to perfect for a casual play, though. Fast forward to today, and they’re boasting about this gesture detection thingy. Supposedly, it keeps you right on the rhythm now. Plus, there are visual tweaks and some feedback stuff thrown in.
Anyway, if you want to check it out, it’s on the Horizon Store for a tenner. That’s if you’ve got a Quest 2 or above. So maybe. Or not. Up to you.
