Totally lost track of time, but I gotta share this with you. So, there’s this Fighters Guild thing in Oblivion, right? Unlike the other big quests, it’s got this whole warhammer-wielding vibe. Felt like a brute like Gogron gro-Bolmog would totally fit in. Weirdly, I’m actually thinking of ditching my stealth archer for once. Crazy, right?
Anyway—no wait—so this modder, ColdTyrant (gotta love the name), just threw out a mod that messed with the Dark Brotherhood. You get endless contracts and, get this, gacha rewards. Yeah, seriously—I was baffled too. Then the next day, boom, another mod for the Fighters Guild. Think tree sap vs. steel, spoiler alert!
Oh, and check this: they called it ‘Fighter’s Guild – Infinitum.’ Gotta love Latin-sounding names. Adds like a hundred-plus monster hunting quests. You know, the kind that makes you grind for some dungeon loot all over Cyrodiil? They even made the monsters glow a bit. Not kidding, they’re like neon signs saying, “Hey, I’m the one you gotta slay!”
But hey, no gacha this time. Bummer, right? Instead, you rake in 500 gold per mission and some fancy Fighter’s Commendations. Spend ’em in this new store in the guild’s basement at Leyawiin. Oh, the NPCs’ schedules got a tweak too, so the guildhall feels more like your very own Witcher pad. I mean, given Oblivion’s graphics, your character might already look like they belong in a side freak show anyway.
All set to dive into ‘Fighter’s Guild – Infinitum’? Just grab Oblivion Remastered’s UE4SS stuff first. Oh, and future gossip—ColdTyrant hinted at an upcoming mod for the Imperial City’s Arena. Exciting times!
If you jump into the Fighters Guild, say hi to Modryn Oreyn for me, will ya? And keep an eye on our ongoing Oblivion mod adventures. Who knows what craziness they’ll cook up next!
