Nintendo Releases – November 7, 2024 – Updates

Last week, we overlooked a few things, such as the creatively named Riot by Tecmo in the Archives collection. Moving into this week’s highlights, we find an exciting lineup dominated by Mario and Luigi: Brothership. This $59.99 RPG, which explores new directions in the genre, comes to us from the talented team behind Octopath Traveler 2, with help from former AlphaDream members. Rumor has it this might have even outcompeted a Sony live service game! Other notable releases include the Virche: Evermore fandisc, River City Saga: Three Kingdoms Next, and the intriguingly titled Metal Slug Tactics, which might have some Saudi backing.

On the list of releases, we have the surprisingly pricey The Alchemist of Arc Magna at $79.99, the Wholesome Direct’s Magical Bakery, and the promising arrival of Angel at Dusk. The EggConsole makes a comeback too, featuring Xak II, an RPG classic that thankfully doesn’t demand extensive English skills.
