Tom Warren from The Verge recently chimed in on BlueSky, mentioning that April promises to be “a good month for PS5 gamers.” He didn’t go into detail, but a swirl of speculation surrounds the idea that Hellblade 2 could be part of the excitement that month.
Earlier reports this week included insights from recognized insiders Jez Corden and NateTheHate, who both feel confident about a PS5 version of Hellblade 2. Corden has heard from his sources that it’s on the horizon “pretty soon,” and NateTheHate supported this claim by humorously replying with a picture of Senua next to a PS5, simply stating, “Soon… very soon.”
The term “soon” is notoriously vague, leaving us guessing about when exactly Hellblade 2 might make its PS5 debut. It could mean tomorrow, sometime in September, or indeed, April. With so much conjecture floating around, the best course of action is to sit tight and see when Ninja Theory decides to unveil their next move for PS5’s Xbox lineup.
