Nintendo Releases – November 14, 2024 – Update

Last week flew past, and we somehow overlooked a few things: The Quest of Ki from Namco’s Vs series popped up in the Archives, but beyond that, everything else was thoroughly handled on RFN 900.

The Horizon series seems to suffer from a release curse, always launching alongside some titanic title that steals its thunder. The original faced off against Breath of the Wild, the next installment found itself under the shadow of Elden Ring (massive, if not universally praised games), and even the remastered offering got drowned out during the same week Dragon Age hit the shelves. This week follows a familiar pattern as Lego Horizon Adventures takes a backseat to a duo of giants: Dragon Quest III HD-2D and Tetris Forever.
