Sony has just unveiled its yearly rundown of the most downloaded titles across its PlayStation platforms for 2024. It’s not exactly shocking to see that the PSVR 2 hasn’t experienced a massive shake-up from its debut year.

Almost two years have passed since the PSVR 2 hit the market. Some critics argue that Sony dropped the ball post its February 2023 launch, citing a notable lack of exclusive titles and strong developer backing, reminiscent of the support seen with the original PSVR. However, hardcore fans of the device might beg to differ.

The capabilities of the PSVR 2 are quite commendable. It enables developers to enhance both rendering resolutions and visual intricacies beyond what Meta’s powerhouse, the Quest 3, offers. Furthermore, you can dive into PC VR experiences, courtesy of Sony’s wired adapter released last June.
